• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
• Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
• Items missing original packaging or accessories may not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer to your provided account details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Items returned beyond the 7-working-day window.
• Products without proof of purchase.
