Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange your order within 7 working days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 313 1607080 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories may not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process
