Deep freezer or a bigger fridge?
A chest freezer gives you far more freezing space than a fridge's freezer compartment, and its top-opening lid keeps cold air in when you open it. It makes sense if you store meat in bulk, for example around Eid ul Adha, cook in batches, or run a shop. If you mainly need more chilled space, a larger refrigerator is the better buy.

Is an inverter deep freezer worth it?
A freezer runs around the clock, so a more efficient compressor pays back over the years, and some inverter models list a wide voltage range. For example, Haier lists the HDF-245 Inverter with a 105 to 260 V operating range and a 10-year compressor warranty on its spec sheet. If your area sees voltage below the listed range, a stabilizer or main-line voltage protector is still worth having.
Where should I place a deep freezer?
