Refrigerator Price in Pakistan 2026

We list 247 refrigerators from 11 brands. Dawlance (92 models) and Haier (81) make up most of the range, followed by PEL, Kenwood, Orient, LG and Samsung. Most are two-door top-freezer fridges, many with glass doors, and 83 have inverter compressors. There are also 21 side by side models and a handful of single-door and minibar units. Before comparing brands, decide two things: inverter or not, and direct cool or no frost. We are in Cantt, Multan, and deliver across Pakistan, with delivery charges confirmed by location after you order.

Inverter or non-inverter fridge: which uses fewer units?

A fridge runs all day, every day, so small differences add up. An inverter compressor runs at lower speed most of the time instead of cycling fully on and off, and Orient notes that inverter compressors also start at lower voltage (Orient), which helps in areas with weak supply.

The fairest comparison is the yearly kWh figure on the energy label or spec sheet. For example, the LG GN-H702HMHZ lists 309 kWh a year. Estimate: 309 / 12 = about 26 units a month x Rs 33.10 (201 to 300 slab, as of October 2026, NEPRA tariff decision, February 2026) = about Rs 850 a month before tax. Where a spec sheet gives no kWh figure, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Direct cool or no frost: which is better?

Direct cool fridges build up ice in the freezer and need defrosting now and then. No frost models circulate cold air with a fan and stay ice-free, which is convenient. Owners commonly report that direct cool holds cold longer when the power goes, which is why it stays popular in Pakistan. Our range reflects that: far more of our listings are direct cool than no frost.

Dawlance, Haier or PEL: which lasts longer?

Owner opinion is split rather than one-sided. Dawlance is commonly described as time tested, with many years of use reported, though some owners feel quality varies between ranges. Haier is praised for cooling and service, and PEL has long-time fans alongside complaints about door gaskets on some models.

Service access matters as much as the badge. Haier makes its fridges in Lahore (Haier), so its service network is close at hand in Punjab. Whatever the brand, check where the nearest service centre is before you buy.

Do I need a stabilizer for my fridge?

It depends on your supply. Owners commonly report that wide voltage swings cause compressor overheating and trips, and that a stabilizer or main-line voltage protector stops it. If you buy a stabilizer, size it above the fridge's rated load with some headroom and check its low-voltage cut-off. Be wary of sales claims that any fridge runs safely at very low voltage.

Glass door or metal door?

Glass doors wipe clean easily and fill much of the newer Dawlance, Haier and PEL ranges, but dark glass shows fingerprints. Metal and hairline finishes hide marks better. The door finish does not change how the fridge cools, so choose on looks and budget.

What to check before you order

  • Width, height and door swing in your kitchen, plus a gap at the back for air.
  • Inverter or not, and whether the freezer is direct cool or no frost.
  • The yearly kWh figure, where listed.
  • The warranty card terms for that model.

Frequently asked questions

Is an inverter refrigerator worth it in Pakistan?

Usually, if you keep the fridge for several years. An inverter compressor runs at low speed most of the time instead of cycling fully on and off, and Orient says inverter compressors start at lower voltage. Compare the yearly kWh figure on the spec sheet or energy label to see the real difference between two models.

Fridge ka bill kitna aata hai?

Check the yearly kWh figure on the spec sheet and divide by 12. The LG GN-H702HMHZ, for example, lists 309 kWh a year, about 26 units a month. At Rs 33.10 a unit (201 to 300 slab, October 2026) that is about Rs 850 a month before tax, as an estimate. Larger and non-inverter fridges usually use more.

No frost or direct cool: which is better?

No frost saves you from defrosting and keeps the freezer tidy. Direct cool is simpler, and owners commonly report that it holds cold longer during load-shedding. If your area has long power cuts, direct cool is the safer pick. If supply is steady and you dislike defrosting, no frost is worth considering.

Dawlance or Haier refrigerator: which is better?

Both have loyal owners. Dawlance is commonly described as time tested with a wide service network, while Haier is praised for cooling and makes its fridges in Lahore. Complaints exist for both. Compare the exact models on size, inverter, freezer type and warranty, and check which brand's service centre is closest to you.

Does an inverter fridge need a stabilizer?

Often not, because inverter compressors start at lower voltage. If your supply drops very low or swings sharply, a stabilizer or main-line voltage protector is still worth having, since owners commonly report overheating and trips without one. Check the warranty card too, as some makers exclude damage from voltage problems.
